"I Am the Executor" is a graphic adaptation of the science fiction novella "The Birth of the Executor" by Czech writer Marika Stanovoy.

The world of "The Executor" is a utopian space society where humanity has achieved physical and spiritual perfection. War, hunger, death, disease, and greed have been eradicated. Every individual pursues their talents and passions freely. Emperor G, a scientist and the most powerful human being, is essentially a god, ruling star systems with the ability to control even natural phenomena.

However, despite his immortality, Emperor G remains human in his desires. He seeks security for himself and his reign, as well as the fulfillment of his personal whims. To this end, he needs Xackiss, the Executor — his enforcer, the hand that executes his will. To prepare her for this role, the Emperor subjects her to inhuman trials to forge her into the ultimate weapon.

But does the girl truly desire this fate?
