ToonTube ships physical merchandise including collectibles, figures, art books, and other products worldwide. This policy outlines our shipping methods, delivery times, and related information.
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Processing time does not include shipping time.
Pre-orders and Crowdfunded Items: These items have specific production timelines. Expected shipping dates are communicated on the product page and in your order confirmation. Production typically takes 60-120 days after the campaign ends.
You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
We cannot predict customs fees as they vary by country. Please contact your local customs office for more information before placing an order.
ToonTube is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with:
- Tracking number
- Carrier information
- Link to track your package
You can also view your order status by logging into your ToonTube account and visiting your order history.
6. Shipping Restrictions
Due to shipping carrier limitations and local regulations, we may be unable to ship certain items to specific countries. Restricted destinations include:
- Countries under trade sanctions
- PO Boxes (for large or high-value items)
- APO/FPO addresses (limited availability)
If we cannot ship to your location, you will be notified at checkout.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
Lost Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it:
- Check with neighbors and building management
- Look for delivery notices
- Contact the shipping carrier directly
- If still missing after 48 hours, contact us
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged:
- Take photos of the damaged packaging and items
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Keep all original packaging until the claim is resolved

8. Address Changes
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Address changes are only possible if your order has not yet been shipped.
