1. Overview
This Refund Policy explains how refunds and returns work for purchases made on ToonTube. We have different policies for digital content and physical merchandise.
2. Digital Content
Non-Refundable After Access
Once you have accessed or downloaded digital content (comics, chapters, series), it is generally non-refundable. This includes:
- Individual chapter purchases
- Full series purchases
- Subscription content already accessed
Exceptions
We may provide refunds for digital content in the following cases:
- Technical issues preventing access that we cannot resolve
- Duplicate purchases made in error
- Content that is significantly different from its description
EU Digital Content Rights
For EU consumers: By clicking "Purchase" for digital content, you acknowledge that you are requesting immediate access and waive your 14-day right of withdrawal once content delivery begins.
3. Physical Merchandise
30-Day Return Policy
Physical merchandise may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided:
- Items are unused and in original packaging
- All tags and seals are intact
- Items are not damaged by the customer
Non-Returnable Items
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
- Personalized or custom items
- Items damaged due to customer misuse
- Items returned without original packaging
Return Process
- Contact us at [email protected] with your order number
- Receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Ship items back with the RMA number clearly marked
- Refund processed within 5-10 business days of receipt
Return Shipping Costs
- Defective/incorrect items: We cover return shipping
- Change of mind: Customer pays return shipping
4. Pre-Orders & Crowdfunded Items
Cancellation Period:
- Pre-orders may be cancelled before production begins
- Crowdfunded items may be cancelled during the campaign period
- Once production starts, cancellation is not possible
Refund Timing:
- Cancellations processed within 5-10 business days
- Payment processor fees may be non-refundable
5. How Refunds Are Processed
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing time: 5-10 business days
- Bank processing may take additional 3-5 business days
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive damaged or defective merchandise:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Include photos of the damage
- Keep original packaging until claim is resolved
- We will provide a replacement or full refund
